    • Most orders ship out in 7-14 business days. If for some reason your order cannot be shipped within that time, you will receive an email from me. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks from receipt of payment for delivery during the busy seasons.

  Returns and Guarantee

  • My ultimate goal is customer satisfaction. The return policy allows you 7 days to review your purchase. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, I will refund your purchase price (less shipping). To receive a refund, return the piece in its original gift box to me (prepaid insured mail) and include your original receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping. After 7 days from receipt of purchase, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
